Ethan
Charas – CEO
Charas has been with StratMar for 22 years. In his
tenure with StratMar, he has headed MIS, Operations, Sales as well as Team Pathmark and Team Wakefern. Currently, Charas is responsible for Finance and
Client Relations. He is also the President of StratMar Financial Retail Services, LLC. He is credited with developing and implementing StratMar’s Targeted
Audit & Correct Merchandising Program with its specific emphasis on retail compliance. Prior to joining StratMar, |
Charas held several positions on Capitol Hill and in the
Reagan Administration. Charas earned an MBA at Columbia University.
Kim Kiner –
Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Kim has worked for over 25 years extensively in Sales, Marketing and Operations with various retail services companies. Kim is responsible for StratMar’s Sales and Marketing direction and execution as well as the entire StratMar Sales Force. She is instrumental in developing marketing and sales materials for new products and services.
Timothy F. Sullivan – Senior Vice President, Operations
Tim is an accomplished retail services management executive with 15 years of cross-functional leadership credentials and a strong strategic and visionary approach. He has a solid year-over-year record of accomplishment of producing results from bold, strategic and disciplined tactical action plans servicing multiple retail channels including CVS Pharmacy, Brooks Eckerd, ABS, Staples, OfficeMax, Office Depot, and Home Depot from on-site and virtual offices. Tim has a business management degree from Fairfield University and was a member of the U.S. Marine Corps for ten years, where he was awarded three Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals for superior performance of duties.
Lori Robinson – Vice President, Business Development
Lori has worked in the retail services industry for 15 years in Operations, Sales and Marketing. With StratMar, she has sales responsibility on the national level at manufacturers' headquarter locations. Most recently, Lori was head of sales and marketing for a national retail demo and merchandising company based in Dallas. Lori studied Marketing and Advertising at Texas A&M University and The University of Texas in Arlington, Texas.
Tom Sattler – Vice President, Specialty Retail Channels
Tom joined StratMar in May, 2008 as the Director of Specialty Retail Channels. Prior to joining StratMar, Tom led initiatives for The Home Depot's Brand Marketing team, including building and managing The Home Depot's In-Store Product Demonstration program. Prior to The Home Depot, Tom spent nearly 20 years with various small to medium technology service companies leading Sales and Marketing teams and was recognized for his ability to profitably grow business within small-to-medium sized businesses through Fortune 1000 accounts. Tom holds a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
